Hello,
i'm learning how to design tomatocart template.

my question is that how can i include a php file in tomatocart v.1.7 ?
e.g , in wordpress you use

Code:

get_header();

for calling header or you use

Code:

get_template_part( 'sidebar', 'right' );

for calling sidebar_right.
so what's Proprietary code for calling a php file in tomatocart ?
and also i have another question. has tomatocart a codex page for designer to see all tomatocart's functions like " codex.wordpress.org " ?
